CETLİS Took Part in Gebze Technical University Patent Licensing Process

As CETLİS Consultancy, we successfully completed the licensing process of the patent titled “Textured Film and Production Method Thereof” from the Gebze Technical University patent portfolio under an exclusive licensing model with EMARLAB Energy Technologies Inc.
Within the scope of the process;

•  technical and commercial analyses of the patent, 
•  development of the licensing strategy, 
•  valuation and negotiation processes, 
•  and preparation of the contractual structure 

were coordinated end-to-end by CETLİS Consultancy.
The licensed technology demonstrates strong commercialization potential in advanced material technologies with its high-temperature resistance, thermoelectric surface properties, and energy efficiency-focused structure.
In the next phase of the process, several funding mechanisms, particularly the TÜBİTAK 1702 Patent-Based Technology Transfer Program, are being evaluated to support technology development and commercialization activities.
