The “Patent Commercialization Launch Program,” organized by Gebze Technical University within the scope of patent commercialization consultancy services carried out by CETLİS Consultancy, was successfully completed.
The launch program was featured on TRT HABER and served as an important platform for university-industry collaboration and patent commercialization processes.
The participation of TURKPATENT President Prof. Dr. M. Zeki Durak added significant value to the event. During the program, academic production was evaluated from an industrial property perspective, while strategic patent management and commercialization models were comprehensively discussed.
As part of the launch program, licensing agreements were signed for four patents included in the Gebze Technical University patent portfolio:
- “Functional Office Chair” patent → Seçkin Büro Mobilya
- “Recombinant Bacillus thuringiensis and Method for Killing Mosquito Larvae” → Doğa İlaç
- “Textured Film and Production Method Thereof” and “A Rotary Mechanism with Periodic Reverse Motion” → EMARLAB Energy
