CETLİS Conducted Patent Commercialization Meetings with Manisa Celal Bayar University

As part of our commercialization consultancy activities, CETLİS Consultancy conducted one-on-one meetings with patent inventors under the coordination of Manisa Celal Bayar University.

Under the coordination of Manisa TTO, comprehensive evaluation meetings were organized with the support of General Manager Prof. Dr. Ali Demir, the coordination of Vice General Manager Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anil Basaran, and the participation of Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Specialist Betül Satır.

During the meetings held on February 26–27, 2026, the processes of transforming patents into economic value were discussed in detail, while evaluations were carried out on licensing models, investor access strategies, and commercialization roadmaps.

Within this scope:

• Studies were conducted on 7 patents belonging to Manisa Celal Bayar University,
 • One-on-one meetings were held with 9 inventors from the university ecosystem.

Throughout the meetings, inventions were analyzed from an industry-oriented perspective, strategic positioning studies were carried out, and concrete action plans were developed for technologies with high commercialization potential.

As a result of these activities, licensing processes for 3 different patents and subsequent application processes for the TÜBİTAK 1702 Patent Licensing Project were initiated.
